My #DoGood Project

Free Digital Marketing Consultancy for Three #DoGood Ideas.

It’s not January, and this is not a New Year’s resolution project. It’s a project that – with your help – could help three do-good ideas over the next nine months.

As stereotypical as this may sound for a millennial, I, too, have spent a lot of time over the past couple of years trying to figure out some existential questions. My Do-Good Project helps with one set of questions – How could I offer more to the world beyond my 9 to 5 job, how could I help more beyond donating money to a couple of charities, how could I use the skills I have to support the causes that I believe in? I sat down and thought about what skills I have that I could use to support do-good projects get started and be noticed. It turns out there aren’t that many things that I am really good at AND that could have a real, practical impact. But I am a digital marketing consultant, and most of my clients say I am good at it.

So that’s what I have to offer to the world of do-good ideas. My eight years of experience in digital marketing – where I helped brands across a variety of industries and territories – from Europe to Asia – to grow, stand out and be heard. That’s what I know and that’s what I can offer.

What is my #DoGood Project?

Starting August 2017 to April 2018, I commit to helping three do-good projects (whether they’re coming from start ups or charities) by offering up to 30 hours over the course of up to three months, of free digital marketing consultancy and strategy.

What I can offer:

Digital marketing consultancy; development of digital strategy, social media and content strategy, PR and influencers marketing strategy.

My criteria to select the three #DoGood Ideas:

The #DoGood Ideas could be anything from do-good tech ideas, projects that are trying to support combating extreme poverty or conflict; supporting education; charities supporting medical research; environmental and climate change projects that need digital expertise. And these are just as a thought starters.

Based on where I think I can help most, I will be selecting the first two projects by beginning of August, and the third one in January/February 2018.

If you know anyone who could be interested, in the UK, Romania or anywhere in Europe – pass this along!
